We are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate who is tired of just /"booking meetings/" and is ready to take the next step in their career:owning the full sales cycle and closing deals.Key Responsibilities Proactive Prospecting:Identify and connect with HR leaders and Founders in high-growth companies across India. The /"First Touch/":Use cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to initiate conversations and build a robust sales pipeline. Product Consultations:Conduct high-impact product demos of Perk Payroll, focusing on solving specific customer pain points like compliance, attendance, and employee self-service. Closing the Loop:Manage the entire journey from the first /"Hello/" to the final handshake. You will negotiate terms, handle objections, anddrive deals to a successful close. Revenue Ownership:Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets to contribute to Perk’s rapid market expansion. CRM Discipline:Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and deal stages to ensure a predictable and healthy sales forecast.Qualifications & Skills Experience:6 months to 1 year of experience in a target-driven sales environment (SaaS, HRMS, EdTech, or Inside Sales). Closing Instinct:A strong desire to move beyond lead generation and a hunger to own the Full Sales Cycle. Communication:Exceptional verbal and written English (Conversational skills in Hindi or Telugu are a major plus). Resilience:The ability to bounce back from /"No/" and stay focused on the end goal.
