Your primary responsibility will be to create structured, insight-driven content strategies that driveengagement, reach, and conversionsacross platforms. You will work closely with designers, editors, and clients to ensure every piece of content aligns with theoverall strategy, brand voice, and campaign objectives.Key Responsibilities Develop and leadsocial media strategiesfor multiple brands to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. Plan and executemonthly and quarterly content strategiesbased on brand goals and audience insights. Createtrend-driven short-form video strategiesfor Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Design structuredcontent calendars, campaign themes, and posting plans. Research platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to keep strategies relevant and competitive. Write engaginghooks, captions, and CTAsaligned with strategic campaign objectives. Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content aligns with the strategy. Monitor and analyze social media performance tooptimize content strategy and improve results. Developcreative campaign ideas, brand storytelling concepts, and influencer collaborations. Coordinate with clients to align strategies with business goals. Ensure consistency inbrand voice, messaging, and visual direction.Qualifications Proven experience as aSocial Media Manager, Content Strategist, or Digital Content Specialistin an agency or similar environment. Strong understanding ofsocial media strategy, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms. Experience planning and executingcontent strategies for multiple brands. Strong knowledge ofshort-form video trends and viral content formats. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to interpretsocial media analytics and translate insights into strategy improvements. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
