We are seeking a dynamic and AI-savvy Marketing Lead to drive consumer acquisition forKaraX(parent company C3alabs) , our AI-powered meeting assistant and conversation intelligence platform designed for professionals, freelancers, and individual users. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in digital marketing, AI-powered optimization, and B2C growth strategies to acquire new customers.Key ResponsibilitiesConsumer Acquisition & Growth Own and execute full-funnel consumer marketing strategy to acquire new paying customers for KaraX Build and optimize user acquisition funnels across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn) Design and implement referral programs, viral loops, and word-of-mouth marketing strategies Target key consumer segments: remote workers, freelancers, consultants, students, and productivity enthusiastsAI-Powered Marketing & Optimization Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation, ad copy optimization, and audience targeting AI Search Optimization (AISO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO),SEO and Search Experience Optimization (SXO) strategies will be an added advantage.Content & Social Media Marketing Create engaging consumer content (videos, reels, tutorials, testimonials) that showcases KaraX's value Build and grow social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn Partner with influencers, content creators, and productivity experts for brand awareness Manage app store optimization (ASO) for mobile app visibility and downloadsPerformance Analysis & Conversion Optimization Track and report on customer acquisition metrics, funnel performance, and conversion rates Landing pages, onboarding flows, and pricing pages to maximize conversions Analyze user behavior data to identify drop-off points and optimize the user journeyQualificationsEducation & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2-4 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, growth marketing, or consumer acquisition Mandatory:Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and their application in marketing (DO NOT APPLY without this experience)Required Skills SEO/AISO/GEO Expertise:Strong command of traditional SEO plus emerging AI search optimization techniques will be an added advantage.
