Core Objective:To build and scale Mayskin’s social media presence across platforms by leading content strategy, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned creatives, and owning the visual and verbal identity of the brand online.This is a full time role in-office/hybrid based (Pune)Key Responsibilities:1.⁠ ⁠Creative Management & Influencer CoordinationOversee all incoming content from influencers and creators. Ensuring timelines are met and briefs are followed.⁠Provide clear direction, references, moodboards, and pegs to influencers so that the content aligns with both Mayskin’s aesthetic and marketing goals.⁠Review and curate influencer content for quality, storytelling, brand tone, and repurposability across social and ads.Ensure content produced works for both organic growth (social) and paid campaigns (performance marketing) through regular performance analysis and feedback loops.2.⁠ ⁠Creative Vision Execution Act as the bridge between brand vision and creative execution:⁠Brief and guide the content writer on brand voice, messaging tone, captions, and campaign copy.⁠Direct the graphic designer on layouts, typography, aesthetic consistency, and design standards.Collaborate closely with the video editor for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube content — ensuring every piece matches the desired mood, pace, and premium tone.Maintain a content bank and ensure the right assets are shared with the performance team on time.3.⁠ ⁠Brand Image & Tonality⁠Uphold and refine Mayskin’s visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.⁠Ensure the feed, stories, reels, thumbnails, and every visual asset feel distinct, cohesive, premium, and not derivative of any other brand.Actively spot and avoid overlaps with competitors in tone, design, and storytelling.4.⁠ ⁠Content Planning & Publishing⁠Build and maintain a monthly content calendar covering launches, education, storytelling, UGC, and trends.⁠Schedule and publish posts across platforms with on-brand captions and hashtags.⁠Identify high-performing content types and iterate based on insights.5.⁠ ⁠Community EngagementOwn DMs, comments, tags, and mentions — responding, resharing, and engaging actively.⁠Build a two-way connection with the audience through stories, Q&As, polls, behind-the-scenes, and creator interactions.6.⁠ ⁠Performance TrackingRegularly analyze content performance (reach, saves, engagement, shares) and apply insights to future content planning.Track which content types perform well in ads and organic to make informed creative decisions.7.⁠ ⁠Support for Cross-functional MarketingWork closely with the Growth & Retention Manager to ensure all social content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.Assist in repurposing assets for email, WhatsApp, website banners, product launches, and influencer campaigns.Work Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in managing social media for a D2C beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or fashion brand (preferred).Proven track record of growing and managing Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest with high engagement and aesthetic cohesion.⁠Experience working with influencers/content creators — including briefing, coordination, feedback, and managing deadlines.Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates:⁠Visual and tonal consistency across social media.⁠Creative campaigns that have performed well organically and in paid ads.Experience in UGC planning, reels creation, and trend adaptation.Hands-on experience in collaborating with:⁠Graphic designers for social layouts, carousels, static creatives.Video editors for Reels/Shorts with a clear sense of visual storytelling.⁠Copywriters/content writers for captions, scripts, and messaging.Understanding of brand building and positioning, especially for premium or niche brands.Bonus: Experience using tools like Notion, Trello, Meta Business Suite, Later/Planoly, Canva/Figma, and basic data reporting (social insights, content metrics).
