You’ll be responsible for building fast, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces while setting frontend standards and mentoring other engineers. This role ishands-onand strategic — you’ll write production code, make technical decisions, and work closely with product, design, and backend teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipOwn thefrontend architectureand technical roadmap Define and enforcecoding standards, performance, and best practices Lead code reviews and mentor frontend engineers Make decisions on frameworks, libraries, and toolingDevelopmentBuild and maintainhigh-quality web applications Translate designs and product requirements into clean, performant UI Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser experiences Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usabilityCollaborationWork closely with: Product managers to shape requirements and delivery Designers to ensure pixel-perfect UI and great UX Backend engineers on APIs, data contracts, and performance Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussionsQuality & DeliveryEnsure frontend code is: Testable Maintainable Well-documented Own frontend release processes and CI/CD pipelines Monitor performance, bugs, and user feedbackRequired Skills & ExperienceMust Have5+ yearsof frontend development experience Strong expertise inJavaScript / TypeScript Extensive experience with React.js(or similar modern frameworks) Solid understanding of: HTML5, CSS3, modern layout systems State management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.) REST APIs and async data handling Experience building and maintainingproduction web apps Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern build tools
