Job Type: Part-time Location: Remote Working hours: Monday through Saturday (6 pm to 10 pm IST) (every 2ndand 4thSaturday is off) Salary: Up to Rs 3,60,000/- per annumJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experiencedAI Developer / AI Engineerto design and implement AI intelligence for our cloud-based application. Our backend APIs are built and maintained by an internal.NET Core team , and the frontend is handled by aReactJS team . The AI developer’s role is todesign AI solutions, prompts, models, and logic , and work closely with our engineering team to integrate these capabilities into the application.What You Will Focus OnDesigningAI use cases and workflows(not API coding) Creating and optimizingprompts for LLMs DefiningAI architecture(RAG, embeddings, vector search, etc.) Training, fine-tuning, or configuring AI models (where applicable) Guiding the team onhow AI should interact with Azure SQL data Improving accuracy, relevance, and reliability of AI outputs Advising oncost optimizationand model selection Validating AI responses and defining fallback strategiesTechnology EnvironmentAI:Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs Vector Search:Azure AI Search / embeddings Data Source:Azure SQL Cloud:Microsoft Azure Frontend & Backend: Handled by internal teamsKey ResponsibilitiesDesignLLM-based features(Q&A, summarization, recommendations) Buildprompt templatesand response evaluation logic DesignRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)pipelines Definemetadata, embeddings, and chunking strategies Test and validate AI outputs with real business data Work with developers to hand overclear AI specifications Document AI flows, prompts, and decision logicRequired SkillsStrong experience withGenerative AI / LLMs Hands-on experience withAzure OpenAI Deep understanding ofprompt engineering Experience designingRAG and vector-based search Knowledge ofAI accuracy, hallucination control, and grounding Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-AI developersNice to HaveExperience withSemantic Kernel / LangChain Experience in enterprise or regulated environments Knowledge ofResponsible AIand data privacy Prior work on AI copilots or enterprise chatbots
