Job Title: SAP FICO – Treasury & Banking (Record to Report)Experience:10+ Years Location:Remote (Need-based travel to Bangalore)Role Overview Design, implement, and optimize SAP Record to Report (R2R) solutions by analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Finance systems, and supporting global template–aligned rollouts and long-term solution stability. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design effective R2R solutions Propose high-level improvements and future-state designs Configure SAP Finance and prepare functional specifications Support rollouts aligned with global templates Test, support, and maintain R2R solutions Provide long-term support, optimization, and enhancements Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams Communicate complex finance and SAP concepts to stakeholders Mandatory Skills & Experience 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with expertise in: Payments, Banking, BCM Electronic Bank Statements Cash Management & Treasury (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA) 4+ years of SAP Treasury experience: MM, FX, Yield Curves Cash Pooling & Sweeps Experience in 3+ SAP implementation projects Long-term support and optimization of SAP Finance solutions Experience with STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl Functional experience with WRICEF objects Strong understanding of finance processes in large organizations Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams Good to Have FI-CA Payments knowledge Retail industry experience (SAP FI-CA) SWIFT integrations Agile / SAFe exposure Personal Attributes Strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Proactive with continuous improvement mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working independently and in collaborative teams
