Role Overview We are seeking aSenior HR Manager – Training & Developmentwho will exclusively own the organisation-wide Learning & Development function for: Language Trainers (Multiple Language Verticals ) Sales, Operations, Digital Marketing, HR, Accounts, Legal and Support teams This is astrategic leadership role , responsible for building a structured, measurable, and scalable T&D framework aligned with organisational growth, revenue goals, and performance standards. The role requires deep expertise in instructional design, capability mapping, leadership development, and performance-linked training interventions. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic L&D Planning Design and implement the annual Training & Development roadmap. Align training strategy with business growth plans and departmental KPIs. Create capability frameworks for trainers and non-trainer roles. Partner with leadership to forecast future skill requirements. 2. Trainer Development Framework Build structured Train-the-Trainer programs. Standardise teaching quality benchmarks across languages. Develop pedagogy enhancement modules. Introduce certification pathways and skill grading systems. Monitor and improve trainer effectiveness through measurable metrics. 3. Non-Trainer Staff Development Design structured induction programs. Build leadership development tracks for mid and senior managers. Develop sales capability enhancement modules. Conduct behavioural, soft skills, and managerial effectiveness programs. Introduce succession planning frameworks. 4. Performance-Linked Learning Integrate training outcomes with Performance Management Systems. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on appraisal data. Measure ROI of training initiatives. Develop competency-based assessment tools. 5. Content & Program Development Develop structured training calendars (quarterly & annual). Design blended learning modules (live, LMS, recorded, assessments). Build internal knowledge repositories and SOP learning modules. Standardise onboarding learning journeys. 6. Team & Vendor Management Lead internal L&D team Identify and collaborate with external trainers or certification partners. Ensure cost-effective training budget utilisation. 7. Governance & Reporting Present quarterly training impact reports to management. Define training metrics: productivity improvement, revenue impact, engagement, retention. Maintain structured training documentation and compliance records. Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years of total HR experience. Minimum 8–10 years exclusively in Training & Development leadership roles. Experience designing enterprise-level L&D frameworks. Strong exposure to strategic workforce planning. Proven ability to build scalable training systems in growth organisations. Experience in EdTech, education, services, or remote-first organisations preferred. Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
