The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the complete Recruitment Lifecycle process including sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients. You will also network online with potential candidates to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure attracting the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions smoothly.
