Walk in, get interviewed, and join a fast‑growing global operations team!Open Positions & Job Descriptions1) Document Fulfillment – Senior Team Leader Experience:5+ years as Team Leader in Mortgage- Document Fulfillment Lead end-to-end document fulfillment: generation, validation, dispatch, archival. Ensure SLA adherence, quality metrics, and compliance alignment. Handle workflow management, exception monitoring, escalation control.2) KYC – Senior Associate/Analyst Experience:2+ years inKYCOperations Review & verify KYC documents (Passport, DL, Visa, Birth Certificate, etc.). Conduct CDD for high-risk customers, data verification via trusted sources. Perform onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation checks. Outbound verification calls for identity, beneficial ownership, and clarifications3) Cards Chargebacks – Senior Associate Experience:2+ years inInternational Card Chargebacks Review, analyze, and process card chargeback cases. Validate disputes, documentation, and network compliance guidelines. Coordinate with issuers/acquirers and maintain SLA quality.4) Mortgage – Team Leader Experience:3+ years as TL in US/UK/AUSMortgage Operations Lead teams across mortgage processing, underwriting support, or closing. Review escalations, quality metrics, and compliance controls. Manage productivity, workflow allocation, and client coordination.5) Mortgage Underwriter – Senior Analyst Experience:2+ years in CoreUnderwriting(US/UK/AUS Mortgage) Audit underwritten loans to ensure policy & regulatory compliance. Evaluate income, credit history, LVR, property valuation, and 4Cs of credit.
