Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements. Screen candidates for technical and communication skills. Submit quality profiles matching client needs. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups. Maintain candidate pipeline for ongoing US requirements.Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Sourcing. Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorizations. Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Good understanding of US time zones and communication standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.Compensation Structure Attractive commission / percentage per successful placement.
