The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, especially for Non-IT domains.Key Responsibilities · Handle end-to-end recruitment forNon-ITroles. · Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles. · Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases. · Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites. · Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. · Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients. · Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards. · Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Required Skills & ExperiencesFor Recruiter · 1–5 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in Non-IThiring). · Experience working withclient-side hiringteams. · Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.For Team Lead · 4–7 years of recruitment experience · Hand-on experience with team handling and comfortable doing end-to-end recruitment. · Experience working with client-side hiring teams. · Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.). · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.Qualification Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline.
