About the Role: We are seeking experiencedRecruiters with a strong background in Semiconductor or Engineering domainsto support our UK and European clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing top technical talent across engineering disciplines — including semiconductor design, embedded systems, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles.Key Responsibilities: Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor UK & European clients in the Semiconductor / Engineering sectors. Source and attract candidates throughLinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases. Conduct detailedtechnical screening and candidate assessmentto ensure role and cultural fit. Build strong relationships withhiring managers, clients, and candidatesto ensure smooth recruitment processes. Stay updated onEuropean market trends, visa regulations, and engineering talent pools . Maintain accurate and timely data in theATS (Applicant Tracking System)and ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment best practices. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients across different time zones. Contribute totalent mapping and pipeline developmentfor future hiring needs.Required Skills and Experience: 1–3 yearsof experience inUK or Europe recruitment , ideally withinSemiconductor, Electronics, or Engineering domains. Proven expertise insourcing technical talentfor roles such as: ASIC / VLSI Design Engineer Embedded Software Engineer Hardware / PCB Design Engineer Verification / Validation Engineer Mechanical / Electrical / Systems Engineer Strong understanding ofEuropean hiring practices and technical role terminologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency inLinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri (UK/Europe portals), Indeed, CV Library, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
