The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top technical talent in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage thefull recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Develop and implement effectivehiring strategiesfor various tech and fintech roles. Source candidates throughjob portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database , and other innovative channels. Evaluate candidates’technical skillsthrough screening calls and coordinate with hiring managers for technical evaluation. Collaborate closely withtech and product teamsto understand job requirements. Maintain a strongpipeline of qualified candidatesfor future requirements. Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company standards and timelines. Provide timely updates and manage expectations of internal stakeholders and candidates. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience (2–5 years) inTechnical Recruitment , preferably in aFinTech environment . Strong understanding oftechnology rolessuch as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, Analysts, Product roles, etc. Hands-on experience withATS tools , job portals, and sourcing platforms. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work in afast-paced, high-volume hiring environment . Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Immediate Joiner —ready to join at short notice.Good to HaveExperience hiring forStartups / FinTech companies . Basic understanding oftech stacks(Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
