Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of proven experience inBusiness Development / Sales within Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Talent Solutions industry . Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, staffing models (permanent, contract, C2H). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate new business and manage accounts independently. Strong networking skills with existing corporate connects (preferred). Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
