This is a chance to work on a first-of-its-kind neurotechnology that fusesAI, neuroscience, and practical therapeutic applications . Knowledge ofmusic therapy or ragasas a therapeutic modality would be a strong asset.Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluateevidence-based therapeutic interventionsfor inclusion in CalmSync™, including music or raga-based approaches. Determine therapy efficacy forstress, anxiety, focus, and relaxation profiles . Collaborate withAI engineers and research scientiststo integrate therapies into the platform. Design and implementvalidation protocolsto measure therapy effectiveness across populations. Stay up-to-date on emerging research, clinical best practices, and holistic approaches. Integratemodern psychological models (CBT, MBCT)withclassical frameworks (Yoga Sutras, dhyana, ragas)for practical application. Provide actionable insights tooptimise therapy personalisation and outcomes .Qualifications: Advanced degree inPsychology, Psychotherapy, Counselling, Yoga Therapy , or related fields. Strong understanding ofCBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and stress regulation . Deep familiarity withyogic or contemplative traditions . Knowledge ofmusic therapy or Indian classical ragasas a therapeutic tool is a plus. Proven ability toevaluate therapeutic efficacyand translate findings into practical solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Profile: Clinical, research, or applied experience inbehavioural health or stress regulation . Exposure tointegrative or holistic therapeutic models .
