Emotional Health Coach (Remote, India) — Health Icons Club About Us Health Icons Club helps women with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS, Thyroid and weight issues heal naturally through nutrition, yoga, and emotional coaching. We’re outcome-focused and client-first.What You’ll Do Run 1:1 emotional coaching sessions (45–60 mins) and small group circles. Use practical tools: breathwork, body awareness, journaling, habit coaching. Applyshadow workmethods andCarl Jung–inspiredtechniques (archetypes, projections, inner child). Create short session notes and simple 7-day action plans. Coordinate with Dieticians & Yoga Coaches to keep one unified plan. Track progress in Google Sheets/Docs; collect wins and testimonials. Escalate red-flags (self-harm, severe depression, trauma disclosures) per SOP.What Makes You a Fit 1–3+ years in counseling/coaching (women’s health, stress, trauma-informed or behavior change). Hands-on experience withshadow workandJungian frameworks(projections, anima/animus, parts work). Warm, firm boundaries; excellent listening and communication. Comfortable inEnglish + Hindi(any regional language is a plus). Basic tech hygiene: Zoom/Google Meet, Google Sheets/Docs, Calendly/email.Nice to Have Psychology/counseling certification; exposure to CBT/DBT basics or somatic work. Experience with clients facing period pain, fertility stress, body-image anxiety. Group facilitation skills (running circles, workshops, rituals).Success Metrics Client NPS ≥ 8.5, attendance ≥ 85%, weekly task adherence ≥ 70%.
