Key Responsibilities: Consult clients to understand travel needs, budgets, and preferences Plan and book flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel insurance Provide visa guidance, itinerary planning, and destination advice Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and travel partners Ensure compliance with travel policies and documentation requirements Maintain accurate records, invoices, and client profilesCandidate Profile: Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism with experience in corporate or luxury travel Proven experience as a Travel Advisor or Travel Consultant Strong knowledge of domestic and global destinations, fares, and travel regulations Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines
