The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and algorithms. Daily tasks include solving complex problems related to pattern recognition, building neural network models, and analyzing statistical data. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply machine learning solutions to real-world applications.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, and Neural Networks Solid foundation in Computer Science, Algorithms, and Statistics Experience with developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SKLearn Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field AI / ML Engineer – Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for real-world applications Analyze large datasets to extract insights, patterns, and predictive signals Build, train, test, and optimize ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) Develop data preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows Integrate ML models into production systems via APIs and microservices Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and retrain models as needed Implement NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation systems where applicable Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI solutions Stay updated with latest AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends Technical Skills (Functional / Core Skills)Programming Languages:Python, R (preferred), Java (basic knowledge) ML Libraries & Frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras Deep Learning: Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers Data Handling: NumPy, Pandas, SQL, Data Cleaning & Feature Engineering Natural Language Processing (NLP): NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face, LLM integration Computer Vision (Optional): OpenCV, Image Classification, Object Detection Model Deployment: Flask/FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI) Version Control & Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, MLflow Big Data (Good to Have): Spark, Hadoop Competency Skills (Behavioral / Soft Skills)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination skills Ownership mindset and accountability for model performance Adaptability and eagerness to learn new AI technologies Time management and ability to handle multiple projects Ethical awareness in AI development and data usage
