The position involves siteexecution and coordination for government and infrastructure projects, including site inspections,quantity take-offs, billing, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, qualitystandards, project timelines, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day site execution and coordination Handle measurements, basic estimation, documentation, and drawing analysis Monitor cost control and draft/analyse P&L statements for site operations Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and timelinesKey Skills Required Proficiency in MS Excel Knowledge of BOQs, DSR, Quantity take-offs, billing, and drawings Strong coordination, documentation, and site execution skillsKey Competencies Good leadership skills Strong communication skills Ability to manage and execute site operations independently Effective coordination and teamwork abilities️Language Proficiency Proficiency in Malayalam and English Working communication ability in Hindi or Tamil is preferredQualification & Experience Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction or infrastructure projects Mandatory experience in government / public sector projectsApply Now Send your CV to: hr@ | sreelakshmi.a.nak@
