Location:Remote / Hybrid Experience:2–5 years Role Overview We’re seeking acalm, empathetic, and well-informed Study Abroad Advisorwho can confidently guide students and parents, answer questions with patience, and provide expert, honest advicethrough the full international admissions journey across USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and other key destinations . You’ll handle strategy, research, applications, and hand-holding — without the drama. Key Responsibilities Advise students on university, course, and country selection across global destinations Build clear, realistic study-abroad strategies aligned to student profiles and goals Manage end-to-end applications: research, documentation, timelines, and submissions Guide students on SOPs, essays, resumes, and recommendation strategy Stay updated on admission trends, requirements, and visa processes across countries Coordinate with counselors, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge ofUSA, UK, Australia, and Europeanuniversity systems Hands-on experience with undergraduate applications Excellent writing, organisation, and student-communication skills Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and detail-obsessed (in a good way) Values ethics, transparency, and student fit over shortcuts Why MLC Student-first, clarity-driven approach High-quality profiles, not mass applications A team that actually cares about outcomes
