Hiring Triangle, a leading recruitment agency in higher education, is hiring an experienced Registrar for a full-time position at a prestigious, private university to implement NEP 2020-aligned digital transformation.Oversee end-to-end academic and examination administration, including scheduling, conduct of examinations, results processing, and issuance of official records. Maintain secure, tamper-proof academic credentials such as certificates and transcripts using integrated digital systems. Ensure full compliance with national regulatory frameworks, including NAD and ABC guidelines, and support Skill India initiatives through verifiable academic and skill credentials. Coordinate closely with faculty, examination units, and administrative departments to streamline academic workflows and institutional processes. Lead training and capacity-building initiatives for staff on academic record management and digital credential platforms. Monitor, document, and report institutional metrics related to academic records, credential verification, and regulatory audits.Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registrar, Controller of Examinations, or in a comparable senior academic administration role within an Indian college, university, or training institution (currently holding a similar role preferred). Strong working knowledge of higher education regulations, academic governance, and digital systems for secure record and credential management. Proven ability to manage complex academic operations with high accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
