EDI Lead – Employee Benefits & COBRA Integrations | Hyderabad (Hybrid / Remote) We are hiring anEDI Leadto drive large-scaleEmployee Benefits integrationsand lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.If you have strong experience inEDI 834, COBRA, and Benefits Administration , this role offers a great opportunity to own critical integrations and work closely with global stakeholders.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-endEDI integrations(EDI 834, flat files, XML, CSV, APIs) ManageCOBRA & Employee Benefits data flows(Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, HSA) Lead and mentor a team of10–15 EDI analysts/developers Ensureaccurate, secure, and timely data exchangewith carriers and vendors Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and drive resolutions Work closely withProduct, QA, Client Services, and Operations teams Supportnew client onboarding & carrier integrations Maintain documentation and ensureHIPAA complianceWhat We’re Looking For 10–12+ yearsin EDI / Data Integrations Strong domain experience inEmployee Benefits & COBRA (mandatory) Experience inTPA / Benefits Administration environment Hands-on expertise inEDI 834 and flat file integrations Experience with tools likeBoomi, MuleSoft, SSIS or similar StrongSQL and data troubleshooting skills Experience withSalesforce / Microsoft Dynamics CRM Proventeam management experience (8–15 members) Strongcommunication & stakeholder management skillsGood to Have Exposure toHRIS systems (Workday, ADP, Dayforce, Paylocity) Knowledge ofHIPAA / SOC2 compliance Agile / project management experienceOpen to remote candidates (travel to Hyderabad once in 6 months)Why This Role Opportunity to leadcritical integrations in a niche domain (COBRA + Benefits) Work closely withUS stakeholders High ownership role withteam leadership + technical exposure
