Job Description – Technology Lead (Mac Device Management & Workspace ONE) Work Location:PAN India Work Model:Hybrid Shift Timings:07:00 PM – 5:30 AM (US Shift) Mode of Interview:Video Interview (R1 & R2), Final- F2F Notice period:Max 30 days Positions:1 Total Experience:10+ Years Relevant Experience:10+ yearsRole Overview We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in Mac Device Management and Workspace ONE UEM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise Mac environments, mobile device management (MDM), and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards across platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a US shift environment. Primary Responsibilities Mac Device Management Manage macOS device setup, onboarding, and configuration via Workspace ONE (or JAMF if integrated). Create and deploy macOS configuration profiles including: Wi-Fi VPN Certificates Security settings SSO FileVault Package and deploy macOS applications and updates. Troubleshoot macOS hardware, OS, and configuration issues. Implement security standards including encryption, compliance, and patch management. Support Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration and automated device enrollment. Workspace ONE (UEM) Management Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using Workspace ONE UEM. Create and manage: Profiles Baselines Smart Groups Compliance Policies Applications Manage OS updates, device lifecycle, enrollment flows, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot Workspace ONE-related issues. Maintain and optimize dashboards, reporting, and portal configurations. Develop SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base articles. ✅ Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Workspace ONE UEM and Access. Experience with iOS, Android, and Mac device management. Strong knowledge of enterprise security policies and mobile threat defense. Hands-on Mac device lifecycle management experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) – preferred. ⭐ Desired Skills Advanced Workspace ONE architecture knowledge. Experience managing enterprise-scale mobile environments. Strong documentation and governance experience. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of overall IT experience. Strong background in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM). Experience working in global or US shift environments. Ability to handle L3/L4 level technical escalations.
