Job Role: Batch Manager Experience:1–3 years Work Mode:Full-Time | Remote Preferred Languages:English & GujaratiAbout the Role As a Batch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth batch operations, accurate content uploading, maintaining trackers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Your role is crucial in maintaining batch quality, operational efficiency, and overall student satisfaction. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, this role is ideal for you.Key Responsibilities 1. Content Uploading & Management Cross-check and upload content including: Lecture videos Class notes DPPs Test papers Ensure all content is uploaded accurately and on time. Verify content quality and completeness before publishing. 2. Tracker & Reporting Management Maintain and regularly update operational trackers. Monitor daily batch health reports. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of batch activities. 3. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with the Central Team, BH, CH, and other stakeholders. Escalate and help resolve operational issues on a daily basis. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of assigned batches.Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Strong organizational and communication skills. Technical proficiency in classroom tools and software. Prior experience in the education/EdTech sector preferred. Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
