Reach out to us to learn more about our innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities Partner with FMCG Sales Leadership (Sales Directors, GTM Heads, Channel Heads) to understand current RTM challenges and business priorities Design and recommend digital RTM transformation initiatives across distributor management, field force automation, beat planning, and sales execution Bring innovative ideas leveraging analytics, automation, AI/ML, and mobility to improve: Outlet coverage & productivity Distributor ROI & inventory visibility Sales force effectiveness and incentives Lead workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders to align digital solutions with business outcomes Translate business problems into data, analytics, and technology-driven solutions Collaborate with internal analytics, BI, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and impact Support pilot programs, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives across markets⸻Required Experience & Skills • 8–15 years of experience in FMCG Sales, RTM Consulting, or Digital Transformation • Strong understanding of FMCG RTM constructs: • General Trade, Modern Trade, Distributor & Sub-distributor models • Sales hierarchy, beats, coverage, schemes, and incentives • Hands-on exposure to Sales IT / Digital platforms (SFA, DMS, CRM, analytics dashboards) • Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and senior sales leaders • Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with analytics-led or technology-enabled transformations is a plus⸻Preferred Qualifications • MBA or equivalent qualification • Experience with large FMCG organizations or consulting firms • Exposure to Power BI, advanced analytics, AI use cases, or data platforms
