We’re always looking to connect with passionate professionals who are excited to join TeamsWork and grow with us.Role Overview: As a Mid-Level QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans for SaaS, web, and mobile applications. You will work closely with product and development teams to identify bugs, ensure quality at every stage of the development lifecycle, and implement advanced automation and AI/ML-driven testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and executemanual and automated test casesfor web, mobile, and API applications. Performfunctional, regression, performance, and security testingto ensure product quality. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies. UtilizeAI/ML testing toolsand techniques to identify anomalies and optimize test coverage. Develop and maintaintest automation scriptsusing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar. Track, report, and manage defects usingJiraor other defect-tracking tools. Review and provide feedback on user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices. Assist inperformance testing and load testingfor SaaS applications. Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of QA experience inSaaS, web, and mobile applications . Hands-on experience withmanual testingandautomation frameworks(Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.). Strong understanding ofAPI testing(REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar. Experience withAI/ML testingor testing intelligent systems is a plus. Proficient indefect tracking tools(Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr). Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelinesand integration of automated tests into DevOps workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
