Job Title : Banking Techno-Functional Consultant SugarCRM Location: Thrissur, Kerala Work from Office Contract : 1 yearJob Description Summary: Responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining the SugarCRM platform to meet specific business needs, utilizing strongPHP, MySQL , andJavaScriptskills. Advises and implementing bankingcustomer relationship management(SugarCRM) solutions which will include in depthfunctional & technical expertise in Customer360, Accounts, Services Request, Lead & Campaign Management, Reporting functions, administrative functions, dashboards, data migrationetc. Should be able to independently manage requirements, application selection, modernization priorities, design and approach, application integration, testing, deployment and application support.10 to 15years inbanking industryimplementing / modernizing banking applications and support services exclusively inSugarCRM Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues related to the CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and providing operational support for production applications. Experience in integratingSugarCRM with customer onboarding systems, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CBS ,APIs (REST/SOAP) etc. Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements. Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications Strong Technical expertise inPHP8.x, Elastic Search, Oracle, Java Script, Linux, TIBCO, API Gateway, Data migrationetc Familiarity with web fundamentals like HTML, CSS, AJAX, and exposure to JavaScript frameworks Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and logical skills to solve complex problems and debug code effectivelyPreferred Technical and Professional Experience Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations. Experience in working with banking application vendors Work closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support. Good communication skills Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
