Functional Consultant Experience - 3 to 5 yearsJOB DESCRIPTION - Key Responsibilities: Job Description: Functional Consultant We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with strong experience in workflow design, process mapping, and solution configuration on . The consultant will work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable, efficient boards and automations.Key Responsibilities- 1. Requirement Analysis & Client Collaboration ● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, bottlenecks, and workflow goals. ● Conduct functional discovery sessions and document business requirements. ● Translate client needs into structured solutions. 2. Solution Design & Configuration ● Build and configure boards, dashboards, automations, forms, and views. ● Create scalable workflows that optimize productivity, visibility, and team collaboration. ● Recommend functional enhancements based on business logic. 3. Integrations & Technical Coordination ● Coordinate with technical teams for integrations (API-based, Zapier, , etc.). ● Ensure smooth connectivity with internal/external systems when required. 4. Testing & Quality Assurance ● Lead UAT cycles, gather client feedback, and refine configurations accordingly. ● Validate that all workflows meet business expectations and project timelines. 5. Training & Documentation ● Conduct user training and onboarding sessions. ● Prepare clear documentation, SOPs, and best-practice guides for clients. 6. Support & Optimization ● Troubleshoot functional issues and continuously optimize existing setups. ● Suggest new features, improvements, and automation opportunities. ● Manage multiple client requests while ensuring timely delivery.If Intrested.
