Assistant Client Manager

Assistant CSM / Copywriter Location:Remote Company:Sunrise Media Compensation:$4–$7 CAD/hour (Full-time, 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week) Role Summary TheAssistant CSM / Copywriterwill support the Client Success Manager in maintaining top-notch creative and client-facing deliverables. This role blendscreative writingwithquality control , ensuring that all materials reflect the agency’s standards and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities ✏️ Copywriting Write engaging and client-tailored video scripts. Develop compelling copy for landing pages and ads. Refine and improve existing ad copy for better engagement and conversions. Creatives Monitor performance of video and ad creatives, identifying what’s performing best. Ensure all creative materials meet agency quality standards. Communicate creative feedback clearly with editors and designers. Verify that captions are accurate, typo-free, and aligned with spoken content. Ensure updates and revisions are properly implemented. ✅ Quality Check(QC) Double-check all deliverables for typos, spacing, and alignment. Verify that all visuals (B-rolls, stock images, etc.) are relevant to the message. Review cuts, transitions, and background music for flow and engagement. Apply quality checks across approval documents, image creatives, and video creatives. Requirements Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail. Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain tone consistency. Organised, proactive, and strong communication skills. Basic understanding of creative assets (videos, captions, and images).
