The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns and a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and traffic monetization strategies.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution (Meta-Focused) Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for search arbitrage funnels. Set up campaigns with advanced targeting, custom audiences, pixel events, and conversion tracking. Optimize Meta campaigns for CPC, CTR, and ROI, ensuring the lowest cost per conversion while maximizing revenue from search feeds.Search Arbitrage & Monetization Drive traffic to monetized landing pages using Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, etc. Work with feed providers (e.g., System1, , Tonic) to align campaign traffic sources and maximize EPC. Balance arbitrage economics: cost of acquisition vs. revenue from search feeds (RSOC, AFD, N2S, YHS, BHS, Typein).Optimization & Analysis Conduct daily performance reviews, optimizing bids, creatives, placements, and audiences. Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and feed response. Track and analyze performance using ClickFlare, Voluum, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards. Use UTM tagging and pixel management for deep tracking and attribution analysis.Strategy & Reporting Develop campaign strategies based on ROI goals and media buying trends. Monitor spend and performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, EPC, ROAS. Provide insights, reporting, and suggestions to improve campaign performance and budget utilization. Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices on Meta and other platforms.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. Minimum 1+ year of experience in search arbitrage, performance marketing, or PPC media buying. Proven track record in executing high-performance campaigns on Meta and other ad platforms. Strong analytical mindset with understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Familiarity with search feed monetization and arbitrage techniques.
