LIMS Consultant - LabVantage

As aConsultant , you will lead end-to-end engagement for LabVantage LIMS projects—frombusiness process consulting ,problem definition , andsolution designtodevelopment and deployment . You will act as adomain thought leader , guiding architecture reviews, project deliverables, and ensuring successful implementations. This role offers the opportunity to shapevalue-driven consulting solutionsfor global clients in thePharma, R&D, and Healthcare domains .Key Responsibilities: Anchor LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support. Define business problems and design scalable solutions. Lead architecture and design reviews as a trusted advisor. Drive client training, capability building, and business pursuit initiatives. Manage integration with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems. Oversee data migration, master data setup, and instrument integrations (SDMS). Ensure compliance withSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC)and quality standardTechnical Requirement: 5+ years of experiencein LabVantage LIMS implementation and support. Strong knowledge ofOracle, SQL , and programming languages ( Core Java, JavaScript ). Familiarity with other LIMS platforms (LabWare, Sample Manager, StarLIMS).Good to have: 5+ yearsin Pharma, R&D, or Healthcare domain with LabVantage LIMS expertise. Experience inrequirement gathering ,configuration ,customization , andvalidation . Hands-on withintegration design ,data migration , andreporting . Strong understanding ofinstrument integrationandlegacy data mapping . Ability to work withgeographically distributed teams . Excellentplanning, coordination, and communication skills .Please note: These positions are not fully remote. Selected candidates will be required to work from an Infosys office near their current location.
