Location : Mayapuri, New Delhi Job Type:Full-TimeJob Title: Assistant Designer – B2BDepartment:Design & Production Reports To:Head Designer (Menswear/Womenswear) Location:Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 1About the Role:We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Assistant Designer to support our B2B design and production operations, including international clients. The role involves assisting in design development, sample execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless communication between the design, production, and client servicing teams.You will play a key role in ensuring that every design meets brand standards and aligns with the creative and commercial expectations of global B2B partners.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Head Designer in concept development, sketching, and design detailing for both domestic and international B2B clients.Communicate directly with foreign clients via email, calls, or video meetings to understand design briefs, requirements, and feedback.Coordinate with the production, sampling, and QC teams to ensure accurate execution of client-approved designs.Support in preparing design presentations, digital catalogs, and lookbooks for international buyers and partners.Manage and update fabric swatches, trims, and design documentation for each client account.Assist in costing, order sheets, and technical specifications for B2B bulk and sampling projects.Track sample progress, revisions, and final dispatch timelines.Participate in virtual fittings or client review sessions for design approvals.Stay updated on international fashion trends, fabric innovations, and market expectations.Ensure smooth cross-department communication for timely project execution.Key Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.1–3 years of experience in fashion design, ideally within B2B, export, or international fashion manufacturing.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English for dealing with international clients.Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern development, and fabric behavior.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Excel.Exceptional coordination, organization, and follow-up abilities.Awareness of global fashion trends and client preferences.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with prestigious international B2B clients and brands.Hands-on exposure to luxury bespoke and export production processes.A dynamic, creative, and growth-driven work environment.Career progression toward Designer or International B2B Account Manager roles based on performance.
