Job Description:
PURPOSE The objective is to hire an in-housecreative/ graphic designerto create visually appealing and impactful designs across various mediums (print + digital) to meet the communication and marketing needs of the Hospitality division .Should be adept at UI and UX skills, Adobe Suite, AI platforms and other graphic design tools, The artistic skills, creativity, and technical expertise to produce visually engaging materials aligned with the brand identity to enhance the quality of communication with the residents/members/users.KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to : General Manager - Marketing Interacts with:Agencies and design custodian in every sub-verticalKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Development: Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design requirements and objectives. Conceptualize and create original designs, layouts, and artwork using various design tools and software. Develop visual solutions that align with the brand guidelines and communication goals. Present design concepts and ideas and incorporate feedback into final designs. Graphic/ Creative Design: Should be adept atUI and UX skills, Adobe Suite2, AI platforms and other graphic design tools , Create and design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Design visually appealing digital assets, such as social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and email newsletters. Produce engaging visuals for presentations Develop illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements to enhance the overall design and user experience. Branding and Identity: Assist in developing or refining brand identities, including color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines. Ensure consistent application of the brand across different platforms and materials. Create and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for easy reference and brand consistency. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and web development, to ensure design alignment and support their objectives. Communicate and present design ideas, concepts, and rationale effectively to clients or stakeholders. Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure proper production and delivery of printed materials.JOB REQUIREMENTS / HIRING PROFILEQUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.WORK EXPERIENCE 4- 6 years + of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role. Worked in creative agencies managing work for hospitality and or food and beverage and restaurants.
