This is an exciting opportunity to combine your animation expertise with the evolving possibilities of AI-assisted content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the production of AI-generated educational videos, aligned with learning goals. Manage a team of AI video artists, animators, and editors to deliver high quality education videos for university level courses. Work with subject experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts and meet learning goals. Oversee production timelines, coordinate creative workflows, and maintain well organized asset libraries to ensure timely and high quality outputs. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance hands on creative work with team leadership.RequirementsABachelor’sinAnimation ,Multimedia ,Visual Communication , or a related field. 5+ yearsof experience in video production, motion graphics, or creative direction, including leadership of design or video teams Excellent English communication skills. Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software ( Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Premiere Pro ) andfamiliarity with generative AIvideo tools Demonstrated expertise inconceptual storytellingand the ability to translate objectives intoengaging narratives Understanding of video storytelling fundamentals : composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow. Solid skills incompositing, color theory, and color correctionto ensure visual coherence and high production value. Ability to manage multiple projects , meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures.
