Job Title: Empower CDS & SDMS Administrator Experience:6+ YearsRole Summary Seeking a SeniorEmpower CDS & SDMS Administratorwith 6+ years of experience to manage and support regulated lab environments using Waters Empower and NuGenesis SDMS. The role involves system administration, instrument integration, compliance support, and technical troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities Administer and support Waters Empower 3 and Waters NuGenesis SDMS Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain application servers Manage users, roles, permissions, and security (21 CFR Part 11 compliant) Perform backups, archiving, and disaster recovery Integrate and support HPLC/GC/UPLC instruments Troubleshoot application, database, and connectivity issues Support method configuration, data processing, and project setup Assist in audit readiness and validation activitiesRequired Skills 6+ years of hands-on Empower CDS administration experience Strong working knowledge of NuGenesis SDMS Experience in GxP regulated environments Good understanding of chromatography workflows Basic SQL/Oracle knowledge preferred
