Tax Manager

Job Title: US Tax Manager(1065, 1120) Designation: Supervisor Shift: General ShiftJob Summary: The US Tax Associate is responsible for preparing and assisting in the review of federal and state tax returns, with a primary focus on1065 (Partnership)and1120 (Corporate)filings. This role involves working closely with senior staff to ensure accurate tax compliance, maintaining documentation, and staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Chartered Accountant [CA], Cost Management Accountant [CMA], US CMA, EA or CPA preferred.Experience: 7-12 years of experience in preparing 1065, 1120s and 1120c simple to complex returns. Experience with major tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax). Familiarity with preparing partner/shareholder basis and multi-state tax apportionment.(NOTE- We are hiring only Immediate Joiners)
