Role:Senior AEM Author Experience Required:5+ years Location:RemoteJob Summary: We are seeking aSenior AEM Authorwith over 5 years of experience in AEM authoring and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, web content QA, and AEM components/templates, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance of digital content.Key Responsibilities: Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations. Organize and maintain DAM for efficient asset management. Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata. Perform QA on web pages, ensuring content accuracy and business alignment. Create and maintain testing checklists for content QA. Work with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes. Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments. Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics. Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives.Required Skill-Set & Experience: 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author. Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM. Proven QA experience with checklist creation/maintenance. Hands-on with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments. Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes.Optional (Good to Have): Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Sites, or other AEM modules. Agile development environment experience. Exposure to digital marketing and conversion optimization.
