Event/Technical Producer

Own, manage, and produce multiple large events each quarter for executivesUse existing technology infrastructure including Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Meta/Workvivo Streaming and vMix in addition to various audio and video hardware at ServiceNow and offsite locationsOversee and own event production in the regionParticipate in ideation and build-out of production and events strategy internallyIdentify and respond to service gaps with primary focus on employee satisfaction and frictionless experienceUnderstand ServiceNow’s company branding, story, and message to align with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholdersBring excellent communications and organizational skills to work in a dynamic team environment with focus on high growthDevelop and oversee project budgeting, external vendors, and contractors as neededOwn buildout of internal partnerships and cross functional processes between various departments and stakeholdersCreate and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions
