We are about 550+ people strong, and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.Key Responsibilities: ● Act as a single point of accountability for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. ● Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation. ● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. ● Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring adherence to SDLC and regulatory standards. ● Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews with cross-functional teams. ● Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, promoting best practices in project management and business analysis. ● Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. ● Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinical regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Must-Have Skills: ● Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in clinical pharma/healthcare projects. ● Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. ● Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high-quality delivery. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Skills: ● Experience with clinical trial management systems, electronic data capture (EDC), or healthcare IT solutions. ● Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, HIPAA). ● Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.Why Join CodeVyasa? ● Work on innovative, high-impact projects with a team of top-tier professionals. ● Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth. ● Flexible work environment with a supportive company culture. ● Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. ● Free healthcare coverage.
