This role demandssubject matter expertise (SME), leadership in technical decision-making, and active engagement with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, optimizing application performance, and guiding teams through complex development challenges.Key Responsibilities Serve as the SME for application development processes using ADM. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables. Provide solutions to complex technical and delivery challenges impacting multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to build organizational capabilities. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery excellence standards. Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous performance optimization.Must Have Qualifications Minimum 18 years of professional experiencein application development. Minimum 12 years of experiencewith Delivery MethodsStrong understanding of the application development lifecycle. Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to lead and mentor teams, make critical technical decisions, and engage stakeholders effectively. 15 years of full-time education.Nice to Have Exposure to multiple programming languages and frameworks. Experience in enterprise-scale solution architecture. Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud-native application development.Behavioral Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
