Key Responsibilities: C1-level proficiency in German (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international clients. Provide top-notch technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have: 2-3 years of experience in Remote technical support roles (L1/L2 preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and teams. Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.). Experience supporting enterprise clients or working in a multilingual, multicultural environment will be an advantage.
