Language Specialist We are seeking a skilled Language Specialist to contribute to the development of AI by creating training datasets and refining grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure. The ideal candidate will have native or advanced proficiency in one or more languages and excellent writing skills in English. Job Description: Create training datasets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone of voice. Annotate data to help align AI outputs with human values. Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure in both human-created and AI-generated content to ensure adherence to linguistic rules and conventions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets. Contribute to evolving specifications and data recipes for AI model training. Adapt to dynamic environments with shifting guidelines and priorities. Achieve target KPIs within defined data production windows. Required Skills and Qualifications: Native or advanced proficiency in one or more languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, Arabic, Bengali, Tamil, Urdu, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi). Excellent writing skills in English. Strong command of grammar, syntax, semantics, and linguistic nuance. Edit and enhance written content across diverse subject areas.
