We are dedicated to delivering only the highest quality products to our clients.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Security located in Karjat, with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Security will oversee the implementation and maintenance of security measures across all company operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing physical security, ensuring network and information security, developing cybersecurity strategies, maintaining business continuity plans, and conducting regular security audits to mitigate risks. Collaboration with different departments to enforce security policies and develop training programs for employees will also be required.Qualifications should have an Army/navy or Air Force background. Experience in Physical Security, ensuring the safety and security of the company's premises Expertise in Network Security and Information Security Skilled in Cybersecurity, developing and implementing measures to protect against digital threats Knowledge of Business Continuity practices to ensure minimal disruption during unforeseen events Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
