Hiring: Instagram Page Manager / Social Media ManagerWe are looking for a creative and result-driven Instagram Page Manager to handle and grow our Instagram page.Our page already has 50K+ followers, but we need someone who can increase reach, engagement, and make sure our content reaches the right audience.Responsibilities:• Manage and grow our Instagram page• Increase reach, views and engagement on posts & reels• Plan content strategy and posting schedule• Optimize reels and posts for better algorithm reach• Analyze insights and improve performanceRequirements:• Experience in Instagram growth and social media management• Understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels & engagement strategies• Creative mindset for content ideas• Basic knowledge of analytics and insightsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)If you have experience in growing Instagram pages and improving reach, please send your portfolio or previous work.
