Bilingual- Salesforce Consultant

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Salesforce Bilingual Consultant with strong hands-on experience and proven project delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging Salesforce Cloud solutions to deliver high-quality implementations. This role requires Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N3) to support bilingual communication in project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a hands-on Salesforce consultant involved in end-to-end project delivery.Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.Configure and customize Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant clouds).Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with global and Japanese stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.Support data migration, integrations, and user training activities.Ensure best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce governance are followed.Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items across cross-functional teams.Monitor project KPIs and escalate risks or issues proactively.Maintain and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Required Skills & Experience5–8 years of overall IT experience.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Cloud experience.JLPT N2/N3 certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency.The candidate must be fluent in communicating in both the languages, Japanese as well as English.Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation.Proven project delivery experience in Salesforce engagements.Knowledge of Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security model.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum project environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience defining tech roadmaps and translating business requirements into scalable architectures.Experience in any other equivalent cloud will be a plus point.Preferred SkillsExperience in any other equivalent cloud will be a plus point.Experience in Agentforce.Educational QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
