This is a quota-driven, full-cycle sales role with end-to-end ownership from prospecting to closing. The role is based out of our Noida office and involves travel to client sites in the US/UK when required.You will be responsible for building a predictable new-logo pipeline, leveraging your existing buyer relationships, and working closely with leadership, solutions, and delivery teams to win new business.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, qualify, and build a predictable new-logo pipeline for US & UK enterprise and mid-market accounts. Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers to shorten sales cycles and close deals faster. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Own forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM hygiene; be accountable for consistently meeting and exceeding targets. Collaborate with internal teams to craft solutions and close commercial terms. Represent the company in client meetings and industry events; travel to the US/UK for key meetings as needed. Track sales targets, present sales reports, and coordinate with marketing to discover new opportunities. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth. Must-Have Qualifications10+ years of experience selling IT services (direct experience required). Demonstrable existing relationships with decision-makers in US and/or UK enterprise accounts. Proven track record of closing new logos quickly and consistently meeting/exceeding quota. Strong understanding of sales KPIs (quota attainment, pipeline coverage, conversion rates). Excellent negotiation and communication skills; hands-on experience with CRM and pipeline management. Experience selling Cloud, Digital Transformation, Modernization, or Testing services. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Office-based role in Noida (mandatory); willingness to travel internationally for key client meetings.
