With an annual turnover of ₹35–40 crores, we are now expanding into the offline market and looking for a passionate Area Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our Delhi NCR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint and manage distributors across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.Develop dealer networks and drive product visibility at retail outlets.Achieve monthly distributor and dealer sales targets.Coordinate with marketing and telesales for lead generation and promotions.Monitor stock, collections, and market activity.Ideal Candidate5–8 years' experience in FMCG / consumer durables / cleaning or auto accessories.Strong in distributor appointments, negotiations, and field sales.Fluent in Hindi & English, willing to travel extensively.CTC: ₹8–12 LPA + incentives + travel reimbursementIf you're ready to lead growth for a fast-scaling Indian brand, send your CV to with the subject:"Application – Area Sales Manager (Delhi NCR)"
