Job Title: Lead GeneratorKey Responsibilities:* Identify and generate new/existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other lead-generation strategies * Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities. * Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings. * Handle all follow-up communication * Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process * Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system. * Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building. * Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field Requirements:* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients * Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software * Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneouslyUS Shift SAL-20-23k (4 hours)
