Job Title:Offshore ServiceMax Architect Location:(Remote)About the Role We are seeking an experiencedServiceMax Architectto join our global IT and field service applications team. This role will partner closely with ourUrology and Endoscopy sales teamsto design, govern, and optimize ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise withServiceMax Go , strong architectural leadership skills, and prior experience working withinlarge global consulting organizations or Fortune 500 companies .Key Responsibilities Lead thedesign and architectureof ServiceMax solutions with a focus onUrology and Endoscopy sales organizations . Providetechnical leadershipacross ServiceMax Go, Salesforce, and integrated enterprise applications. Define best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceMax solution design, development, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance architectures. Oversee solution delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory/compliance needs. Guide development teams on ServiceMax Go configuration, customization, and integration patterns. Partner with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth releases and long-term maintainability. Mentor offshore developers and serve as asubject matter expert (SME)for ServiceMax and Salesforce.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 8+ years of Salesforce platform experiencewith at least4+ years in ServiceMax . Hands-on expertise with ServiceMax Go (required). Proven experience working in a large global consulting organization or Fortune 500 company (required). Demonstrated success in leadingsolution architecturefor enterprise ServiceMax implementations. Strong understanding of ServiceMax data model and key modules (Work Orders, Service Contracts, Installed Products, Entitlements, etc.). Knowledge of integration patterns and tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar). Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding global, cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills ServiceMax Certification(s), includingServiceMax Architectif available. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Platform Architect certifications. Experience in themedical device or healthcare industries . Familiarity with DevOps and release management tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar). Background in Agile/Scrum enterprise delivery environments.
